I am a Psychotherapist and Clinical Counsellor, with over 18 years of professional experience working within an Integrative therapeutic approach.
By combining and integrating several evidence-based psychotherapy methods, I help people identify and transform the underlying causes of emotional, psychological, and psychosomatic difficulties.
This approach supports change on multiple levels simultaneously—thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and behavior—helping clients move beyond recurring life patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. The integration of different therapeutic tools often allows for a deeper and more efficient therapeutic process.
I view each person as a complex and holistic interconnected system in which thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, personal history, relationships, personal growth, spiritual beliefs, and life values are all connected. For this reason, therapy is focused not only on relieving symptoms but also on understanding, increasing self awareness and transforming the underlying factors that contribute to and maintain emotional distress.
I work with clients experiencing:
• Anxiety, fears, and panic attacks
• The effects of psychological trauma and stressful life events
• Psychosomatic symptoms and mind-body concerns
• Emotional burnout and loss of motivation or meaning
• Relationship and communication difficulties
• Low self-esteem and challenges with self-expression or personal fulfillment
• Internal conflicts and decision-making difficulties
• Life transitions, developmental challenges, and spiritual crises
• Questions related to purpose, meaning, and life direction
I primarily work with adults of all ages and with children aged 7 and older, with parental consent and an initial joint consultation.
When the world around us and within us feels turbulent, it becomes essential to reconnect with our true self, to find our inner anchors and that quiet place of balance, clarity, and authentic desire.
From this grounded state, we can choose the path that leads us toward our own "sun"—toward what truly nourishes and inspires us.
And when the time for a new dawn arrives, we can gently let go of the unnecessary burdens we've been carrying, making space for growth, lightness, and new possibilities.
